Thanks for attending DigiBouw 2024 as an exhibitor/participant. We are happy to help you prepare. Through your contact at Jaarbeurs you will receive an email containing unique login information for My Jaarbeurs.
What is My Jaarbeurs?
My Jaarbeurs allows you to prepare your participation quickly and efficiently. You will find all the necessary information in one place and there is an Exhibitor Checklist ready for you. Here is an overview of what you can find within My Jaarbeurs:
- Handy checklist including deadlines
- Contract
- Marketing tools (online profile, exhibitor access)
- Unique invitation link for your contacts/network
- Practical information (structure, dates and times)
- Webshop for all your orders

Your unique invitation link
Each exhibitor will receive a unique invitation link to promote participation and invite contacts. Start inviting your network personally right away and ask your colleagues to do the same. A personal invitation increases the likelihood of visiting your booth.
Use the discount code to give 10 relations free admission to the fair. Share this code with the relations you would like to invite. Set these actions in motion and ensure a successful trade show participation!
Use your discount code
In the ROI dashboard, you can see which visitors signed up through your link, which facilitates contact before, during and after the trade show and creates new leads. Your leads can be found via:
- Go to MyJaarbeurs under "Make your participation a success!".
- Click on "View your ROI & invite visitors link."
- In the dashboard, click "Show invitation link" to copy the link.
- For leads, click "Go to leads."
Promote your participation to generate more leads. Use the promotional kit including banners and text to promote your participation online.

Event platform
The DigiBouw event platform is where the trade show comes together digitally. It is the perfect opportunity to be in permanent contact with visitors. Both before, during and after the fair!
As an exhibitor, of course, you have free admission.
Promotional kit exhibitors
To bring DigiBouw to the attention of your network, use the promotion kit. In the promotion kit you will find the logos and digital expressions of DigiBouw, which you can use copyright-free in publications. Think of banners, e-mail signatures, social media messages and a personal invitation.
